Rolling out the sod was the easy part. They had a machine that picks up two of those rolls at a time and unrolls them faster than a man can jog. They spent a week getting the ground prep'd before the sod. Dragging long I-beams and chin link stuff to smooth and level. Run sprinklers to wet the Moon Dust and then redrag to level again.
They are running a circuit of the sprinklers almost constantly. By time the spinkler systems has completed the entire grounds. it time to start over. The well pump is not getting any rest.
My plumber wanted another Mini Excavator and I rarely use mine any more. So when he offered $20,000 for a 12 year old machine that I paid $34,000 for new. I let him take it with my flat bed equipment trailer. Now I need to buy a new trailer. But 'm not sure I'll get another between the wheel fenders tilt bed. I might get a Deck over the wheels trailer this time. Since I rarely move equipment any more, and see the possibility of hauling hay more than moving my skid steer with the new trailer. Deck over is taller and you have to pull out ramps when you want to load something, vs just tilting the bed and driving on. But it lets me haul more hay per load.

I'll be smoking ribs later today; using the 3-2-1 method they'll be on the Traeger smoker for 6 hours. Some prep time (wrapping/ unwrapping during the middle cycle) adds a bit more overall time to them.
3-2-1 Method: prep/rub ribs as normal. Smoke 3 hrs at 225*. Remove and double foil them/ adding apple juice inside foil - return to smoker (2 hrs at 250*). Remove foil and return to smoker, add your favorite sauces then continue smoking for 1 hr at 180*. During the unwrapped cycles I spritz them hourly with apple-juice - to keep them moist. Using this method always results in them falling off the bones, literally.
If not too rushed I'll take photos and re-edit this post later on.
1030 start
