hi all,

I wanted to know for anyone who has replaced the vacuum lines, was it difficult? Any videos?

havent replaced them but have fiddled with them on a couple of occasions. Dont believe that it would be difficult at all. I suspect however that is unlikely that your poblem would be in the lines themselves. Most likely the pump, valve, or the seal in the hub if you are not getting any vacuum but you can troubleshoot via isolation along the lines. A golf tee works well to plug the line at the hubs

When you say that I should plug the lines at the hubs, what will that tell me?

hello...
I bought a pressure guage, and tested the line, pulled from the hub and when I put the guage on, and turn the 4x4 control, It sounds like a "valve" opening and closing.

any ideas?

The valve throws a pulse for 51 seconds drawing 8 to 10 inches to engage the hubs

I didn't get any "Pressure" on the valve when I disconnected the Vacuum tube from the hub.

ok.. bought a Mighty Max pump tester, and tested the hubs, both hubs held pressure.

I guess the only thing left is the PVH Solenoid Right?

Sounds like my issue to a Tee.... sorry.

i got my Sol from Tousley ~86.00 if i remember correctly.
