Can anyone tell me how to pop the covers off the windows of my ext cab '91 f250?
It's not impossible for me to do, but I'd like to not destroy them in the process.
Well then they'll just have to stay on haha. I have to remove them for my window tint guy, and I was just going to leave them off. But it's all good, it's nearly an antique do that'll be my "classic look" haha
Again, thanks a lot for your help
There is no point to remove the covers to tint the split side windows... The windows are split as well... If you want that OBS side window look, you'll have to find a set and install them... but you'll have to find a base model 92 or so and pull the interior panels out so they mesh with the earlier interior...Takes a bit of work, but worth it in my opinion...
I may look into that, I have to replace some interior pieces as it is anyway, also when I instal speakers in the rear I'll have to take all of it down.
Thanks for the tip
The OBS windows are a bit smaller, and takes a few tricks to make work in the earlier cabs... if you decide to do it, send me a PM, and ill run them by you...
