Pro Comp 2.5 leveling kit

Has anyone used the Pro Comp 2.5 leveling kit on a 2012 F-250 4X4 CC?? Mine sits pretty level but I was wanting to run 35's on Fuel 20x9 Hostage wheels. I figure I will have to lift the rear as well. Also any recamendations on off set on the wheels?
Thanx......

How far do you want the tires to stick out past the fenders?

Not to far, like I said I would like to run a 35" tire with plenty of room. I don't like the stuffed look. I haven't planed on fender flares. There seems to be a couple of different offsets. The wheel shop recommended O offset??
Thanx..

I would get some 4 inch blocks for the rear too. If you want to keep the leveled look.

20x9 0 offset will stick out roughly 1". A bit further than that in the front.

4.5" lift. Mostly Readylift parts. 20x10 wheels with -18 offset. 35x12.50 tires. Not the greatest pics either.
