6.5 pro comp question

I just finished putting a 6.5 pro comp lift in my 03 F250 v10. I picked it up brand new from a guy who had an ad in the paper for $800.00. I really wanted a 4 inch but thought it was a decent deal so I took it. The truck had a skyjacker leveling kit in it already. Measuring before and after from top of the tire to the fender I gained 6.5 front and 7.5 rear. The girlfriend wont ride in it anymore because she cant climb in or get down shes only 5'3". I have nitto 325 65 18 tires now I need some 37's. Anyway the front axle seems to sit too far ahead in the wheel well opening it not centered how I think it should be. Are most lifts this way or is it a pro comp issue? Any body elses truck look like this? I'll post pics when I get time.

get a taller GF.

just kidding- did you remove the leveling kit before adding the pro comp lift ? the leveling kit affects hanger height and could be throwing you off.

i have a 6 inch procomp kit on my '99 and am more than happy with the fit and ride. see pix

Thats what she said!!! I bought it with the leveling kit in it already so I don't know what is factory or not. I thought the leveling kits were just the added leaf for the front but if the shackles were changed maybe they are too long? So your tires are perfectly centered in your front fender?

i don't know about "perfectly centered" but they dont rub or bind and they look OK. see pix in profile.

the leveling kits i've seen are hangers, not add-a-leafs.

ya i have seen both leveling kits, but i would think your tire shoud not be too far from center.
