Trying to figure out heat/AC Vacuum control motors

I am missing the Vaccuum canister that pulls the fresh air vent door open on the passenger side of my 1978 f-150 with AC .It is smaller then the other two couse it fits in a very tight spot. I found one that I think is the right one on ebay need your opion since I have not seen the original to my truck it was missing .

Look at the exploded parts diagram and let me know which one you need.
There are three different vacuum motors all with the basic part number 18A318. Let me know what the function code is (the circled number).
I was able to locate two out of the three NOS.
I don't know whether the one you're looking at on E-bay will fit, there's no way to know without physically having it there to compare.

Just go to junk yard and get one off any Ford truck/car with vac operated air boxes they are all basically the same.

It figures, that's the one that no dealer or obsolete supplier has.
The Ford p/n is D7TZ-18A318-A
Look at the pictures below, this one is from LMC p/n 43-0710 cost $64.95, however, the actuator in the picture has a label from old air products p/n 23-5963 www.oldairproducts.com might get it from them cheaper.
