I am starting to work more on my Bronco body and I have a question I hope to get some help with.
I have some surface rust that I may not be able to remove completely with conventional means.
My thought is to remove all I can then use Ospho or a similar product to neutralize the rust then apply a skim coat of glaze then epoxy primer.
I have already stripped a majority of the body with 60 grit on a DA sander.
So questions are
1) Is there a better product than Ospho to use for type of issue?
2) Is this the proper order to do this work in?

clean the area. it does not have to be spotless, just get the flake rust off. apply the ospho. i use a weed/ bug sprayer, setting the nozzle on "mist" and give a good application or two. once the area turns black and completely dry, it is treated. then it is ready to prime and finish.

Be careful about which epoxy primer you use as some state, and some don't, that they can't be applied over rust killers that are acid based. There will be adhesion problems unless the area is completely washed of any residue.
Safe to use examples:
PPG DPLF
Kirker Enduro
Not safe to use:
House of Color KD2000 and at least they tell you in their P-sheet

Be careful about which epoxy primer you use as some state, and some don't, that they can't be applied over rust killers that are acid based. There will be adhesion problems unless the area is completely washed of any residue.
Safe to use examples:

Not safe to use:
