If the 5 speed is from a 4x4 with a 300 6cyl, 302, or 351w, then yes it will bolt to your engine and transfer case. You will also need a pedal assy, master cyl, etc.
Ok so i did some more thinking. What if i want to keep my newer electronic dash, how do i make my speedo work with no cabel. I hope im not being to confusing

Well, maybe not "too" confusing, but at least somewhat confusing. You said "keep my newer electronic dash" - presumably the one from the '94? But, that wouldn't be "keeping" as it isn't in the '86 - right? That would entail a significant swap to put it in the '86. However, I do believe it has been done so maybe someone can chime in on how difficult that is.
But, once you've done the dash swap you'll have do swap the rear axle to get the electronic speedo pickup off the '94 axle. In other words, it is a lot of work.
Yes. Thats what i was assuming. I figured if i could keep the dash in the cab im swapping on to the 86 i would save some time but iymt sounds like it would cost me more time than i thought. Thanka again

Tony - One of the guys on here has something in his signature about our help being dependent upon you telling us what you are doing. So, let me say you haven't provided nearly enough info for us to help you. Initially you didn't tell me it was a 4x4 - and that was crucial. Now you tell me that you are swapping the later cab onto the 86 pickup - which is again crucial. I'm sorry, but I can't help you any more. In future, if you want my help please explain everything you are doing up front. Good luck.
Im sorry. I new to this site. So to start fresh i bought an86 f350 with a 351w and a c6. It has 7" of lift with 39.5" swampers. Its pretty rusty so i bought a parts truck with a good cad. The 94. Its basicly a mild restoration. All new sheet metal new swampers and a slightly bigger lift. I hope this is enough to go off
Ok, I'll give it another try. Swapping cabs between models is quite a bit of work since you really need to use the new cab's wiring harness. But then you will have to figure out how to connect the harness to the "old" stuff, like the speedo. However, to put the old dash in the new cab will take some doing as well, so I think you'd be better off keeping the newer dash to connect to the new harness. But, to have a speedo you will need to swap rear axles so you have the electric speedo input.
I would cut a piece of the steel lip the tag is riveted to, then weld it into place on the destination. Those are special rivets but you being at a body shop maybe have access to them.
