Millwakee Sawzall leaks oil

I have this older Millwakee reciprication saw model # 6507 that tends to lead hydrolic oil when it gets warm. It works fine otherwise and I not in love with it, but is this a common problem, can it be fixed easily?

Regards Chet

A Sawsall should have grease in the wobble mechanism, not oil.
If it has turned to water or whatever and is leaking
6507 is a basic model number that covers MANY years.
You'll need a series or serial number to order parts.

There should be a felt seal and retainer at the front of the case on the shaft.
parts 55 & 56 in the diagram here.

If it's been run long and hard enough without any maintenance to be puking "oil" it may be too worn out to bother trying to save.
