Got a 09' escape with 39,000 miles that runs good but will randomly stall when coming to a stop...checked under the hood for anything obvious, used STP injector cleaner a tank ago, air filter is clean, no check engine light, No codes, oil is good...
Will check those, thanks guys!!
Just strange because it just started recently doing it and when it does it keeps doing it over and over then it is fine for a day....
What is a normal idle speed? Is it adjustable?
I really hate going to the dealer and the 36k warranty just ran out of course...

I would put my money on the IAC also. It may be a simple as cleaning it but if it is intermittent I would say the IAC is going bad. If you are driving and it starts to stall pull over, lift the hood and feel the IAC. If it is VERY hot it is bad. It should be warm to slightly hot.
