Help E7 exhaust manifolds

Help E7 exhaust manifolds
Hey everyone looking for answers to the question
will E7 exhaust manifolds work with F3 heads?
The reason I ask is we have an 1991 F-800 with a 460 with E7 heads that are cracked and have been unable to find any replacement ones. We found F3 heads with the center bolted valve covers but the exhaust ports are much smaller than the E7 exhaust ports. Looking at it you would think it would be fine to put the bigger manifold over the smaller port but just not sure
