no need for the alignment cams on the Bilstein BTS kit.
I was told I could buy them seperately if need but the alignment shop told me they were not needed.
Here is the thread where I had asked about and installed the Bilstein BTS kit with rear shocks.
Thanks! Sounds like you had no issues. Anything you wish you'd done differently?
Would you have bought the cams from the alignment shop if you needed them or from the source of the kit? Quick search of the site above didn't yeild anything.

Nothing I would do differently.
No issues with it so far.
If I would have needed the alignment cams I would have bought them at the alignment shop. Can't remember exact price but not expensive. 4 Wheelparts also had the alignment cams and would do an alignment but they were farther away from me so I just stayed local.
I did a lot of research on the kits and finally ended up going with the ICON but the main reason is that they have a lifetime warranty on their products. I was also told that some springs tend to sag, but the ICONs are guaranteed not to sag. I can tell you that my truck rides awesome off road and is much smoother compared to stock while towing.
The ICON track bar is one massive bar compared to the stock unit.
Desert Rat installed my leveling kit and the guys that did the install told me that is one of the nicest kit they have seen for a Superduty. They also said the cams is the first time they have seen it and it made the alignment so much easier to align. He said he wished that every kit came with one of those cams.
I ended up going with the 2.0 shocks and plan on replacing them with the 2.5 piggybacks at the beginning of the year, but the 2.0 shocks do a wonderful job. My understanding is the 4 link will work with the leveling kit so that will be replaced as well at the beginning of the year.
I went with the stage one kit, but I also bought the pan rod bar (without the bearing) and the dual stabilizer kit. Have had no problems with it so far.
KLM online had the best prices and they were very helpful in answering all my questions.
Pretty much settled on getting an Icon stage one spring and alignment cam kit from Performance Truck Products. Can get it for $384 and add on a set of Bilstein shocks (front and back) for an additional $370 and track bar for $300.
Basically getting the track bar thrown in for free.
What i cant figure out is, why does everyone call a 2" lift a leveling kit? It seems as tho my truck sits within a 1/2" of level stock with 20" wheels. I was looking at the bilstein bts kit as well, since i was ordering the 5100 series shocks anyways. Now im gonna reconsider my descision.
I have a friend that claims to fit 35" tires with the stock height with little rubbing,"not sure of the exact size." To get the kit or not is the question?? Not 100% sure im getting bigger tires....

I have a F250 and had to get a block for the rear to make it level...... Sorry almost forgot about that. Other option would be a mini leaf from Carli that would replace the overload spring and level the truck on a F250. The F350 will sit level with the kit. So for the F250 its not really a leveling kit but more of a lift. The kit makes the truck noticeably higher.
