Weird
Have 95 250 7.3 ...replaced tc as thought tranny issue was tc ...after tc install was blowing 20a fuse and discovered that the ground wire on tranny had 12v, once disconnecting ground wire truck started and was drivable, except now only 1st and 2nd work and reverse, when put in drive truck starts very moving very slowly and od light starts flashing ....do I have a electrical or solenoid problem in my tranny?..or is a valve stuck in my tranny?

I recommend taking it to a shop that knows what they are doing. Disconnecting a wire is never a good idea. It is there for a reason. The place you took it that said everything is fine doesn't know what they are looking at. Don't tell me it was Ford, it was not. It was a dealer. Find the independent shop in your area with the best reputation and they can fix it.
