'85 460 - - Starting Issues

'85 460 - - Starting Issues
85 E-350 with 460.
So far, have replaced timing, water pump, and tune up. That was almost a year ago. Had issue with ignition then.
When cranking, would turn over for 10-15 seconds, almost catch. Then would catch, but I would need to feather the accelerator to keep it going, after 20 seconds or so, would be fine to idle and then get going.
After the engine was warm, no more issues, turn the key, the beast fires up, no other problems.
Got in the van yesterday, same issues, just had to move it for the wife to get by. Popped the hood to check fluids as I was already out there, fuel pouring from the carb (lower pass bolt on front bowl). Rebuilt yesterday, no more leaking, happy camper, but still cranking problem survives.
Ideas that I have:
Coil possibly not getting full voltage or output?
That's it, anyone have any ideas or advice? Accelerator pump replaced year ago during work and yesterday as well, no issues there.
Just takes forever to get cranked when firing it up from a sit. Trying to figure this out. Any help is much appreciated.
