2003 dt466e no start

i have a 2003 dt 466e that wont crank unless u jump the solenoid and wont even sputter when cranking, im a homegrown idi tech and need an idea where to start the injector driver has no power im going to begin by looking for shorts, need ideas where to start troubleshooting any advice is welcome and appreciated

Should be a 40amp fuse near the batteries, check that first. It will cause all kinds of problems.

will do, just outa curiosity is there any sites to get diagrams and diagnostic procedures for these newer trucks? and is there any way to diagnose injectors, pcm, idm, and such without a scantool. preferably a dvom or test light

you have the 466E so you will need to get the tool,software, to read and access the ECM. i am not sure how propitiatory International is. as far as wiring, i cant help you there

well needless to say its a POS the guy who had it was a hack. there is no 40 amp fuse in the truck around the batteries under the hood or even under the rug, i got wires spliced everywhere and nothing is even close to being worth it. after testing all the grounds cleaning all the connectors and messing with connectors for about 4 hours key still doesnt work and when u hit it with a mist of ether it almost fires 2 cylinders and just keeps cranking, gonna say bad ecm/ we found a 96 for 4000, so this one is getting stripped and sold
