Yeah Im sure someone can make a modified custom one. But that would take away from my "keeping it original" idea... with all the stuff I've found across the US... im sure one day I'll come across one...
Everyone looking for Bronco parts should take a look at this guy (Steve_83)... I purchased the support brackets for my cab steps from him and some other small items like fender emblems and visor clips... this guy has tons of stuff all for sale.
He really does (somehow) have a ton of stuff. I bought two door panels from him a couple of years back and was very pleased with the service. He is also a great source of information.
Wow he does have a whole bunch of great stuff.. I may have to buy some things from him when I get more money. I should probably ask him for this, but do you know how his prices are? I don't think they will be salvage yard cheap, but maybe better than ebay prices? I know some things on ebay now-a-days are not really worth the price.. but then again there is still some good stuff there too.
I'm almost thinking of getting the overhead console now.. I went through all the work installing an explorer console and sanding it down, redoing the wiring etc.. but having a stock Bronco one would be better.. I don't know how much I want to spend on something I basically already have though.

He was reasonable with me.. just shoot him an email.. he responds right away. He explains his whole process pretty well in his initial email.
As previously stated... he is a wealth of information, just tell him what you're doing with your truck.
I'll definitely get some stuff from him in the near future. That overhead console/sun visor set looks really appealing to me. I may go ahead and reupholster my front headliner too if I get that, or maybe see how much he'll charge me for one since I see he has a few.
By the way, I must have missed the post you had of your mileage... 250K! Your truck is in exceptional condition even if it only had 20k, but with 250k? That's pretty amazing. I take the best care of mine as I can so hopefully my interior will last as long as yours. I have about 188k on mine now and plan on putting at least that much more on.
Got the EB spare tire cover in. I noticed that it didn't have some kind of tie-down line or bungee... and I don't know if they even came with something in the seam. But I just cut the bungee cord out of my old black cover and put in this one.
The cover came from Delaware and it had some crispy spots, so I pretty much soaked the heck out of it with vinyl shine/dressing ...several coats!
I have one from Rugged Gear in my 89 Bronco that floor mounts between the front seats.
works really well, sorry Rob, not hijacking your thread. the 89 doesnt have a center console & you have to drill into the floor.
