It's one of the most comon problems. Bad or corroded wires, or dirty battery connections etc...

Infact I overlook it when I help people here because I assume people have already checked them.

Will have to stop doing that.

The ruling is that no one is to be subjected to "cruel and unusual" punishment. Sorry, not in the US.
