I removed the actuator and then I was good to drive it. I just drove the truck yesterday with no problem but blowing fuses because of the trailer wirring touching the bumper. All I do to start the truck is grab the rod with the needle nose and push it straight if you get it crooked then the truck won't crank. Keep it at the spot where it is cranking till it starts then let go it should go to where it will stay at starting. In order to stop the engine just pull back the rod until you don't see the radio on. Been doing it like this for 2 years now.

Thank you all for your help. I figured it out finally and now i am able to drive it if needed, when the weather cools, someday, I will repair it properly.

Ya maybe I will repair ours one of these days but I think it is kinda neat doing it the way we are. I got the part somewhere around here just haven't put it in.
