1990 E350 AC problems

I posted this on the van forum someone suggested I post it here! So here goes.

Hi first time poster here on this forum, but have been doing lots of searches.

Just bought a 1990 E350 and I have 2 problems relating to the AC.

The ac has been disconnected by removing the plug to the compressor.

Problem 1
I cannot find the plug that goes to the compressor under the hood anywhere... I can tell by looking at the it what type of housing it should have but cannot locate it. Is this something that could be unplugged from the harness as well as the compressor?

Problem 2
Just below the air intake and above the battery there are some ac hoses. there are two hoses that have T fittings in them they are different sizes. Neither fitting attaches to anything. Both have been "capped" by the previous owner, one by shoving a bolt into the remaining hose and the other with duct tape. I am trying to identify where these hoses may have been routed so that I can reattach them. I should say that one hose is completely gone and the other is cut off very short with the bolt shoved in it. Can anyone help me identify the mystery hoses?

It is hot here in southern Utah and I would love to have some AC!

Thanks for any help or advice.
