Torqueshift Cooler and Filter Question
Our 09 F-250 SD 5.4 torqueshift will be used primarily for towing a 5th wheel trailer. Will the 6.0 trans cooler bolt right on to our truck without any modifications?
Is the add on trans fluid filter available through Ford necessary and is it a bolt on addition?
I'm thinking if I decide to go with the 6.0 trans cooler while I'm at it I may as well but the fluid filter on at the same time.

You already have a properly sized trans cooler, and you already have an external trans filter. Sounds like your experience might be with the older 4R100 trans. I don't think you need to add a thing to your '09. Get some fuzzy dice instead.
