possible lifter bleed off?

Not really a big issue becuase a 460 is in the works. But the other day my truck started missing then after words it had a tick. Miss went away after a minute but the tick remains. It runs like a top still. No misses. It doesnt tick until it gets real good and warm. It has an electric fan that cools perfectly never gets hotter than 185. I switched to 10w-40 oil about two months ago becuase the straight 30 weight was getting outrageous on price. It ran fine after the oil switch and fan switch. It carries 20lbs of pressure at idle and about 50-55 psi running at around 2000. Usually happens starts ticking after I get off the interstate. Ohh by the way its a 302. Thanks for any help.

Mine does the same thing. 302, 140k miles. After driving for a while it periodically taps for about 5 seconds then goes away. Been doing it for at least 20k
