Not a problem. I replaced my 10cm blocks with used OEM 5 cm blocks. Wanted a more level truck. With V code springs in front the rear is only an inch higher. I gave away the 10cm blocks or they would have been your's. Someone who has done a lift and has some 10cm blocks might chime in or you can start another thread asking if anyone has them.
Yea im going new on the u-bolts, not chancing that. Just found a guy out here that parts out fords so I gave him a call and he happend to have a set of the 4 inch ones that just came in on a truck that had the frame bent from a collision. Talked to him, he has no clue what there worth so im going to make out pretty good on those.

Sounds like a good deal. Measure one of the u-bolts or trace around it on a piece of cardboard so you know what to get. He should just gve you one of the u-bols. They're only worth their weight as scrap. Don't forget new flange nuts for the new u-bols.

SRW and DRW will have two different axle tube sizes I believe, so the ubolts will be different sizes.

The U-Bolts they all come sold seperately, so I should just be able to go to my local auto shop around here take one outside to see if its the same as the one on there, just 2 inches longer. Or at least thats my thinking, but my thinking just got me in trouble and I had to take back some autozone blocks that were to skinny. I need to quit thinking and leave that up to yall.

Does the parts truck and your truck have the same axle? If so then it is best to have a u-bolt with you when you buy. You want to make sure they are threaded far enough down to have enough thread to get them properly torqued.
