Don't know the answer but you're starting with two different F150 generations.
Part compatibility sounds like a challenge. Further, even if all the hardware could
be made to fit some ECM will still be required to run the whole show. Sounds expensive.

You can use the 85 parts to convert it. The computer won't have any idea its there if its a manual shift 4x4. You'll need to get appropriate length driveshafts if the cab/box configuration is different or the transmissions are different.

Yep trans will swap, but what transmission is in your 95? Anything computer controlled will throw codes if it is removed. Also be aware that the crossmember under the tranny might need modification.
