V10 Excursion Header?

I have used gibson in the past for other models and makes...they are considered a shorty. and no y pipe.

I do have the Herman's. I like them, only issue is the ball/socket flanges. I've never really liked that style flange. They always seem to collapse. But I welded the flange to the y pipe, to keep it from pulling off, than as time goes by, I keep snugging down the collector bolts to pull the header flange down to the y pipe flange, and as soon as it gets there, I will weld the header flange to the header, and finish welding the y pipe flange. Than just run a copper or aluminum gasket between the two flanges to seal the headers to the y pipe.

I have taken the springs out, and put regular bolts in with lock nuts. Snug them up every couple months.
