94 explorer fuse question

94 explorer fuse question
So I was adding a cigarette/usb hub thing in my explorer and was trying to tie it into the socket on the passenger side by the floor and popped something. The old socket does not work and can NOT find a blown fuse, I have taken a meter to the fuse panel by the driver side door and all of them have continuity.
Is there a specific fuse I need to look at? I do not have any type of manual but googling has pointed me to fuse 22 (which was good and I changed it anyway).
