Depends How well you maintain Cooling system
there are NO SET MILAGE
We ALL watch ECT vs EOT Spread any higher than 15* Ford Spec Time for service
you can go bigger spread if you have a round oil cooler like 20* IMO round egr cooler was the Good Ones
Get a Coolant filter going to
Iv had Better luck with ELC=Extended Life Coolant to
get a ScanGaugeII to watch the Deltas/Temps

They may not cover it however if you have switched over to an ELC Coolant over the factory recommended Ford Gold Coolant.
