Depends on the area, around me they are going on Craigslist for anywhere from 2900-4,000. It really all depends on where you live and what shape the truck is in cosmetically and mechanically. Expect to replace worn out front end and brake parts, take a close look at the exhaust manifold studs as they love to break off, usual fluid and filter changes and other minor things you might run into. Just be prepared for usual worn out parts. Are you looking to sell yours or looking to buy, and if you dont mind me asking how much are you willing to spend? the 2005+ years had significant transmission and suspension upgrades. Also they added the 3v motor.
Looking to buy, there are not alot of v10's out there. Most are 6.0's. I don't mind doing some work on it, just looking for one cheap enough to pay cash for and just have liability on.
I would try to keep it around 4,000 or under a 200,000 mile gas truck isn't bringing top dollar. But that's just me. I couldn't justify anything over that on a 9 year old gasser
The only thing you might have a problem with is the exhaust manifold studs that are a pain to replace once they break off. Other than that they are strong reliable trucks! Good luck!
