Tech Info Needed on Drivetrains

I need some tech info for identification of axle types (DANA), transmission types, and transfer case types (NP) for the following models of the 2012 model year. I want this information for modification purposes of adding the right after-market beefing items such as locking differentials and the such.

All of that for the trucks should be found in the Ford spec sheets, which you can find here:

And since you are upfitting the trucks, you should be aware of the body builders sheets, found here:
https://www.fleet.ford.com/truckbbas/index.htm

I don't know about the Expedition. Ford doesn't group that with the trucks.
