On my 78 Scab, I completely redid both axles (externally), blasted/painted/ujoints in front/100% new brakes including ebrake cables. Front is Dana 44, rear is 9" both with 3.73 gears. Now, I'm going to remove them and swap 8lugs instead of the 5's.
Question is, what are they worth? Along with that, where would I have a better chance of selling them for more? I don't like to use ebay anymore, so that leaves CL, but CL is pretty area specific. If I get a good enough price, I'll deliver them a good distance, but don't know what cities/areas to try. I know Jeep guys like them, but we don't have much of that type of guys around here since we don't have anywhere to crawl or trailride.
Just looking for some ideas of places to try.

It depends on your area. They would be a tuff sale in my area, maybe the rear center chunk if it had a traction lock even then it wouldn't bring much. The big problem with Ebay is the shipping, that always kills a long distance sale on big heavy parts. You just got to find the right person & it might take a while. I'd put them in your local Craigs list and hold firm on not parting them, you will end up stuck with parts you can't get rid of. Good luck, they sure look clean.
Indiana lol. Around here there is mostly mud so everyone needs the Dana 60s and 14 bolts so they can run tons of power and huge tires to power through it. Little jeep guys still want the 1/2 ton stuff though
Well, just as reference for anyone wondering later, I traded the pair for $325 cash and a two-seater gokart that wouldn't start. Took the engine apart, loosened the stuck valve and rebuilt the carb and it runs great. Def happy with my trade
