Backs up on fill up !!!

Since the op has fixed his issue, I hope you all don't mind picking your brain on my issue.
Rear tank fuel gauge shows full, when I fill it up, the pump will shut off and the neck is full of gas. I'll switch my truck to run on the rear tank but will only get a couple miles before i have to switch back to the front tank. When I shake the truck, I can hear gas sloshing around in the tank.
Has anyone experienced this problem or have any advice? Thank you.
