Upgrade pushrods?

Going to be doing head studs soon and was wondering if I should upgrade pushrods while it's all apart, would like pros and cons. Also if you have any other suggestions I'd like to hear them. The truck is mostly a daily driver, but I do take it to the track every now and then. I already have a new oil cooler, egr delete kit, and I'm running the iTsx chip from SCT

If it's a 6.0L, just follow the rocker arm procedure so you don't bend them when you restart the engine. The pushrods seem to be pretty low on the list of things that fail on a 6.0L.
