With what little information we have to work on I'm going to assume from your username that you have a 2000 MY truck. Having an HPOP makes it a diesel, and with that model year it would be of the 7.3L persuasion.

Moved to the 7.3L Powerstroke forum!

Welcome to FTE !

A little more info would be helpful
When does it smoke ? at start up, idle, getting on the go pedal, letting of the pedal
Anything you can think of would be helpful

It doesnt put blue smoke when i start it up or when i stomp on the gas. But when i slowly push the on the gas and get up to speed its a steady stream of smoke.
