electronic throttle control

06 f-250 The wrench light comes on and starts getting bad milage but you can turn it off and restart and it will go off for awhile any ideals?

What code is it throwing to activate the wrench lite? Do you have guages if so what readings are you getting. Is the engine blowing white, blue or black smoke is it all the time or only when it goes into limp. There is way to many possibilities at this point. Check all fluids verify proper level and color.
