Rear Suspension

What can be done to limit the side sway or wobble in the rear of my 68 LWB?

It's called "tire squirm". Get tires with stiffer sidewalls or tires with a lower aspect ratio... 60 series or numerically lower.

If it's the suspension, there there is something wrong with the mounts, bushings, or tightness of its hardware. ... and unsafe at any speed.
