2 questions about my
1988 F150 Custom 4.9L C6 2wd 120,000 miles
I picked up my truck a couple of days ago. 2 questions:
1. What's the best way to get my headlights cleared up? They seem to be fogged up on the outside. I did hear one time that light wet sanding does the job...any suggestions?
2. My 4.9L sounds a little like a diesel. The sound is not extremely obvious or loud, but if you listen carefully (at idle)...especially in the front wheel wells...you will hear the sound a diesel engine would make. Is this normal?

The sound is normal, don't wet sand, use wax and buff it out. The yellowing is caused by the sun.
Primary rig is Green Thunder:
95' F-150 XLT 4x4, 302, 5 spd, MSD 6A, Flowmaster Exhaust, Sunroof, Clear corners w/ Diamond headlights, CD player with 2 10" subs and some 32" BFG Muds .
