Look in the HELP! section at the auto store. They usually have a package with 6 or grommets of different sizes for a few dollars. Drill hole, insert grommet, pass wire through. If there is a little extra space after you pass the wire through seal it up with a little RTV

Or use an existing grommet in the firewall that is not being used

Here in Va the pack is $3.99 and is listed as instocj at all but 1 store locally.

Funny story I put a new starter in my truck this morning and I have my electric connectors and stero stuff in a plastic orginizer and I noticed one of the wires had some of the installation removed and the wire exposed so I cut it back and put a new wire and connector on it. Anyway while in the box I found some bushings, I knew I had some but they were all small from what I could remeber. Well staring back at me was a bushing just big enough to do the job. It was a pain but it worked

Shouldn't have drilled a hole in the firewall.. There are rubber grommets under the cab. Much easier to run wiring down the frame rail and then into the cab right behind the seat. Thats where my 1/0 wire is ran though.

Couldn't tell you. Ive had 2 of these OBS trucks but both regular cabs.

Had to run it though the firewall in my focus though. Not pictured but I bought 180 rubber grommets from harbor freight for $5.
