I have to smog my1988 f250 6cyl truck. It would not pass because its running rich. I need to find the maf or mat (mass air flow sensor) so I can clean it. Can someone post a link to a picture or diagram for a 1988 f250 6cyl truck showing the MAF or MAT so I can clean it with spray electrical cleaner. Any ideas are great. Thank you

 

I could be wrong but those trucks didn't come MAF, they were SD. I have a 92 and converted to MASS Air (which uses a MAF sensor) from SD (which doesn't). Not sure what a MAT is, other than what you may put your feet on. You have a MAP sensor (with SD) and a BAP sensor (with MASS Air).

 

Yeah no such thing on your truck, pull the codes and go from there.
