The previous owner installed an Alpine CDE102 head unit, a pair of S Series Alpine front and rear speakers. At one time, he had also installed a power amp but he removed it and left all the wiring in case I wanted to install one myself. I've never done this before so I need a little help.
He ran a heavy gauged red wire to the battery (it's disconnected) and it goes to the rear of the truck underneath the back seat. It looks like he has it connected to a fuse inside a small housing and on the other end it has a connector. There are also some wires with the sleeved male connectors (rca jacks?) that I assume connect to the amp. Do the amps come with everything I need to hook up to my head unit and how big of an amp shoud I get? I like my music loud but don't want to blow the windows out of my truck. lol
I'll take some pics of all the wires and such and post it later today.
