Hard to go wrong with a nice ribeye, also enjoy my smoked ribs and smoked turkey.
This is actually a Porterhouse 28oz! I had this when my wife and I went to Outback Steakhouse on the 4th story that overlooks the strip in Vegas. Yummy, yes I ate it all!

A coworker of mine brews his own brown ale, way smoother than Newcastle and 9% ABV it's the best thing I have ever tasted

Self taught weldor, really enjoy TIG and specialize in Aluminum mainly for work. Like all things mechanical, went to Cal Poly Pomona for mech. Engineering/Business. Graduated from Fire Academy and Paramedic School. Have a huge German Car Fetish. Here are all the cars I have owned in chronological order:
1971 Datsun 510 Pickup - Still have it, it's a beater I love it
2001 Subaru 2.5RS - Sold - Lots of mods I have pics somewhere
2003 Honda S2000 - Not practical but super fun - sold
2001 Audi S4 - Twin Turbo best snow car I have ever had - Stolen! Boo!
2002 BMW E46 M3 - WOW! Just in a league of it's own - Sold due to baby!
1999 Audi A4 Avant (Wagon) - great work truck HAHA, 3200 bucks, totaled and got 10.5K for it...Not bad
2000 Audi S4 - Needed another snow car + 4door for kid. Its stage 2++ so pretty much everything but turbos, 390HP 400+ TQ, HUGE front mount, Very Fast, I'll never sell it

So are you at Firefighter with a welding fab company or is that two jobs you have?
I know some large industrial companies have internal private fire depts.
In fact the other day here in Ventura I saw a private rescue/ambulance truck for one of the environmental clean up companies.
