Help Quick!! Black Smoke

Hey guys, what would cause a little puff of black smoke on a quick sharp rev of the engine(neutral)? Its a 92 F-150 5.0L, with a 130000 KM.

Would it be the 02 sensor? is there more then one 02 sensor?

Only 1 HEGO on '84-95 (except '94-95 California). Have you pulled the codes?

i have not pulled the codes, it seems that is rather difficult to do from what i read in the Haynes manual.

What would the symptoms of a bad 02 sensor be?

Code readers are cheap and well worth purchasing. I would check the fuel preasure.
