I've been gone for a while, and search didn't give me much, but I know there are a couple of guys that come highly recommended on here when it comes to tuners. DPTuner comes to mind first. OK, question is which one(s) would you suggest and maybe why. Right now, I have the filter mod, down pipe, no cat and aftermarket muffler(flow-through), and a Diablo chip(I know, it was a long time ago). I want to get rid of the Diablo and get something a little more fuel friendly possibly. Most of the driving I do involves a decent sized pop-up camper and dirt bikes, my son races. We're driving more and more so hopefully I can save a little on fuel. I do pull heavier stuff on occasion but probably no more than 10,000 lbs. It would be nice to select a tune for what I'm doing at that moment. I do have gauges, tranny temp., pyro and boost, fwiw.
Thanks for any help, and I'm sure I forgot something.
I got a DP-Tuner and I am very happy with it. I had it loaded with 8 positions out of the 16 available. Worth every penny IMHO. Also they will ship it the same day if ordered early enough.
Thanks guys. Couple questions now. Who's Jonathan? Am I on the right track thinking the Diablo is killing the fuel consumption? Can you give me some ways to get ahold of these people?
Also, pm if you like, what made you go with one over the other? For instance, I see plenty of good about PHP and DP, what made you go the way you did?
