Rear end noise

Hello all. I have a 2012 f150 supercrew ecoboost with 6,000 miles on it. I just took it into the dealer for a clinking noise from the rear end. It happens when shifting between D and R and during dowshifting at low speeds. They said that ford is aware of this noise but does not have a fix yet.

Met a guy with same truck while camping this weekend. He has the same issue.

Has anyone heard any updates regarding this?

Is anyone else experiencing this?

Welcome to FTE!

I'm not having the issue that I know of. Just make the dealer keep the ticket open even though you are under warranty.
