Rear end noise after driven for a while

I have a very unique problem. I have a 2002 navigator that makes a grinding her king noise that seem to come from rear passenger side after it has been driven about 10 or 15 miles. Its usually under deceleration and at low speeds. You can stop for a few minutes and start going again and the noise is gone until it happens again! Anybody got any suggestions on what it could be?

I would think the bearings in the right rear hub are dry, heating up, and causing the noise.
