Would look something like this. Your booster hose goes to it. Look behind the carb on the manifold. If it's not there then there would be a plug that someone put there instead.
That is soo good to know!
Could that be the reason my break petal goes to the floor??
No.
With or without vacuum assist, a pedal that goes to the floor indicates air in the system, or a leak, or both.
You need to check your brake system from the plunger going through the firewall (look for any sign of fluid) out to the individual wheel cylinders, again looking for any sign of leaks in a line, distribution block, caliper or wheel cylinder.
No leaks? Good. Now bleed your brakes, starting with the RR, LR, RF, LF.
Refill the master regularly and have someone help you. You may need to go around a couple times.
If that does not resolve it, then the master is suspect.

Ok, I went and took a look for leaks and i noticed the back drivers side grommet is dry-rotted and leaking. I also looked in the reservoir and the front one is bone dry. My truck has been parked for the past month, but when I was driving it I kept it full.
NumberDummy, There is a nipple on the passenger side in the front of the carb. That is the only nipple on the carb. My brake booster is hooked up to the back of the carb., but Im almost positive its supposed to go there. I have an edelbrock air cleaner so there is nowhere for the oil cap tube to go.
Thanks for the help.
Look at the bottom/base of your Edelbrock air cleaner, I bet you will see a knockout that was never removed, when filter was purchased new it was supplied with a fitting and hardware to attach crankcase vent hose. Sometimes a vented cap is used in the valve cover just to keep things neat. I prefer hooking it up.

The bottom of the air cleaner seats to the carb. with no knockout.
Imma eventually get new valve covers and a vented cap, cause there is nowhere for the tube on the oil cap to go.
Please consider dropping anything to do with a fancy air cleaner or even the PCV and fixing the brakes first. You will need some good brake cleaner to make shoes work again, or you may have to replace them if they are really soaked. You need to go all the way around on this vehicle and do a complete brake job. IF YOU HAVE TO SPEND EVERY PENNY YOU HAVE, FIX THE BRAKES F I R S T!!!!!!!

Thanks, thats probably the best advice Iv had in a while!
Imma get new drums in for the rear because they are really rusty, and they are probably soaked like you said.
I researched the brakes and the back drums are around 20 bucks each.
For the front, the pads are around 20 bucks for 4.
Do ya think I should go ahead and get new lines while im at it?
