6.0 running rough
i just had my inner oil cooler replaced,and had all injectors replaced,but the truck is still running rough at idiling and also run rough at 1500 to 2000 rpm, the shop i have it at show misfire on number 3 and 7 cylinder. they seam not to be able to figure the problem out. its been this way now for three weeks.any help would very approciated. also they told me to replace the ficm module and i had them do it and still the same results.

Welcome to the Forum. Theres a lot of good folks with a ton of knowledge here.
first off some info on your truck would be a good start.
Year, Mileage, Maint Hist, Previous Work, etc.
Why exactly did you replace all the injectors and oil cooler?
Do you have a scan gauge?

Rough riding can be so many things. Leaking injectors, bad fuel pressure, hell even electrical issues could cause the computer to get bad signals that would cause a bad ride.
How is good does boost pressure build up? Leaking up-pipes can cause rough riding as well.
