Here is a pic from the 79 catalog of the free wheeling interior which is the same for the pace truck:
I was stoked to find out it was a 4x4 with the Indy Package. Im not too sure about the paint scheme yet. I have another cab to swap over and Im not that fond of silver. I thought about a reverse scheme with black on the outside and silver for the insert just like the interior. However for the time being it will be blue once the swap is complete.

Funny you should mention that. I bought some door panel inserts and trim rings off of ebay because I liked the look of them. Looking at the photo from jredline the inserts are from an Indy Truck.
Now the question is do they have much value or should I proceed with replacing the red pin stripe with a black one like I planned for my truck?
Edit: Just saw that's the same for the Free Wheeling interior. Looks like I'll be replacing the pin strips since it's not all that rare.
It would be pretty easy to turn a standard interior into a free wheeling/pace truck one. The inserts for the dash and gauges are just orange vinyl that is glued onto plain old black bezels.
Hi Corey, I talk to the guy yesterday, he said I'm selling it cheap
It was his grandfathers, he was a collector, and it's almost all original
he changed the front seat, but keep the original, almost like new, some
dings here and there , never been re-painted.
I'll get you the link!
It is all what somebody is willing to pay I guess. Not sure how he comes to the conclusion that it is being sold cheap since there are relatively few other examples around to establish a baseline for a price. I can understand the low mileage being a factor but it is still only a sticker and interior package.
May have been a free wheeling truck at one point and all the decals are long gone but it doesn't have any of the other items that came with the package. Seat looks to be recovered or changed out at some point for something similar. The gauge and dash trim is free wheeling/pace truck as well as the door panels. Probably an ebay or junkyard find and installed without realizing what they were from.
