Lug nut question
I have a 2000 Ex and I'm bout to buy some wheels from a friend off his 07 f250. I know I need spacers and plan on getting them from Fred. My question is r the lug nuts the same between years? I know the thread changed but will the center caps of the 07 still latch on?

On some Ford Super duty trucks, the threads were changed on the wheel studs between 2002 and 2003, from 1.5 threads per mm to 2.0 threads per mm... or basically, from a coarser thread to a finer thread.
I do know for an absolute fact that this stud thread change was made on Superduty chassis cabs. I do not know whether or not this change was made for Excursions.
