You will prob never get a phone call.... list your problems here, what you already checked and it would help a LOT if you told us your model year of the 250.

This is not a Ford sponsored web site. It's privately owned and we are mostly all Ford truck owners that VOLUNTEER our time and varied expertise and sometimes GUESS at what people are having problems with.

That said, please read through the Tech Folder up top ( https://www.ford-trucks.com/forums/3...ch-folder.html ), then perhaps someone can help you. After, if I or anyone else can help you save time and $ with your truck, think about joining FTE to show your appreciation.

Bring it by a local auto parts store and have them read any codes it may be throwing. That would help alot with someone steering you in the right direction.

The last time I saw something like this, it was an early warning sign that an injector(s) were failing. My buddy had the same problem in his F350 and we ended up having to replace injectors 1 & 5.

If I were to GUESS...I'd first check the FIMC for correct voltage. Read about it where I pointed you to above.....

All good points to check, but this can all be verified relatively quickly with an AE.

Where in Texas do you live?

us what you see in the rear view mirror, and we are then gonna
tell you how to parallell park....

not knowing if you are in denver, or london.
