Mine did it when empty.
Others do it when loaded.
They can do a shim change on the rear end and fix it. I have read that sometimes is fixes it loade but then it will do it un-loaded.
The general concensus is that its a pinion angle problem. Mine did it empty and they changes the blocks between the springs and the rear end housing. Its fine now.
Mine does it as well both loaded and unloaded/ towing. Been to the dealer twice for shims. with extra shims I now have the original shudder and a high speed vibration. I'm taking it back to have some of the shims removed.
This one of the reasons I stayed with 5.5 box. 1 piece driveshaft vs. 2. Had a friend with 6.5ft 09 and ultimatly they couldn't fix, sold it and bought a used F250. When you look at real world allowance on pin/5th wheel, Ford (and others) have an easy out... "your overloaded, not our problem".
