If the springs are sagging its normal. You can search craigslist for some used ones, or take the old ones to a spring shop and have them rearched. There is also always the lift option.
Ford X code springs will do the trick. They are the springs for the snow plow package. I have them on my 02 and my dad has them on his 99. Made both truck level and ride great.
I put the X springs on the 01' for the same reason, gave the truck a great stance in the front once completed. one thing I immediately noticed after driving it was the new front springs made the truck bounce, this was because the rear springs were also beat however it wasn't noticeable by eye. Wound up doing the rears shortly afterwards and the truck rode beautiful. Just thought I would share because I wasn't expecting the added expense of the rears.
